Download Orders: When upgrading your TropeTrainer(tm) software you must include your serial number in the Serial number section on the checkout page. Not providing your serial number will delay processing your order until we are able to contact you for your existing product's serial number.

Processing of upgrades is not automatic; you will receive an email from Kinnor with upgrade instructions and all necessary upgrade codes. This may take up to 72 hours, depending on when your order was placed.
